Terms And Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern business engagements with Mizura.
Scope Of Business
Mizura supplies packaged drinking water primarily for hospitality and institutional use, including hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering services, and event-based requirements.
Mizura does not operate as a retail or direct-to-consumer seller.
Orders & Confirmation
All orders are subject to confirmation by Mizura. Order confirmation may depend on availability, location, order volume, customisation requirements, and operational scheduling.
Discussions, enquiries, or quotations do not constitute a confirmed order unless acknowledged by Mizura in writing. Written acknowledgement may be provided through official communication channels, including email, messaging platforms or order confirmation documents shared by Mizura.
Minimum Order Quantity
For first-time clients, a minimum order quantity applies.
Initial orders are subject to a minimum quantity requirement based on operational and customisation considerations.
Custom Labels & Advance Charges
Where custom labels are requested, label development and printing charges are payable in advance.
Once label production has commenced, label charges are non-refundable.
The advance amount paid towards custom label charges shall be adjusted against the payment for the initial supply of packaged drinking water.
Illustration:
If the total value of bottled water supplied is ₹10,000 and ₹3,000 has already been paid towards label charges, the balance payable for the initial supply shall be ₹7,000.
Order Processing & Delivery Timeline
For new clients placing their first order, delivery timelines may extend up to
15 days from order confirmation, particularly where custom labelling is involved.
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary based on order volume, location, and operational factors.
Pricing & Payment Terms
All pricing is quotation-based and communicated prior to order confirmation.
For first-time clients, payment for the initial supply is payable within 7 days of delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Mizura reserves the right to withhold or suspend further supply in the event of delayed or pending payments.
Delivery, Risk & Product Usage
Risk associated with the product transfers to the client upon delivery.
The product is intended for drinking purposes only and must be stored in a cool and dry place, kept away from direct sunlight, and not consumed if the seal is broken.
Mizura shall not be responsible for issues arising from improper storage or handling after delivery.
Regulatory Compliance
Mizura operates in accordance with applicable food safety regulations.
Product information is provided through packaging and QR-based access. Relevant sourcing and batch records are maintained internally and are made available to regulatory authorities as required
Limitation of Liability
Mizura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the product. Any liability, if applicable, shall be limited to the value of the goods supplied for the relevant order.
Intellectual Property
The Mizura brand name, logo, packaging design, and website content are the intellectual property of Mizura and may not be used without prior written permission
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Jharkhand.
